Pasta/Macaroni has exact demand on raw materials, it must be made from a typical "Durum wheat" (semolina) that is high enough in protein content about 14%, high in wet gluten, strong tendons. Pasta/Macaroni made from this raw material has a translucent pale yellow color.
The temperature and pressure control inside of extruder, with our unique research of vacuum technology, as well as high-precision mold, extruded pasta/macaroni has more closely tissue and not easy to break, improve product appearance,transparency and cooking performance.
