Description
- It consists of 4 parts: the feeder, the conditioner, the ring die and the motor.
- Firstly, the material goes through the feeder from which the material can flow into the pellet machine at proper speed to ensure the full load working of the pellet machine.
- Then the material will be mixed with hot dry steam, softened and steamed, for easier pelletizing. This design can also extend the machine life. We can design different layers of the conditioner, we have one to three layer-conditioner by now, and we can specially design it according to the need of feed.
- Finally the softened and steamed material will go through the ring die to make pellet feed, we can adjust the ring die to make different sizes of the pellets.
Features
1. Main drive adopts high accurate gear drive with higher efficiency, steady running and low noise
2. Feeder is made of stainless steel with anti-lump structure and adopts the frequency or electromagnetic speed regulating control to guarantee quality pellet feed.
3. Stainless steel conditioner can be customer-made to control cooking time. Special seal is adopted in two ends of the conditioner, steam is injected in the conditioner directly, so that it can fully contact the material inside.
4. The body part of the pellet machine is cast in special technology with high accuracy. Advanced flexible coupling connects the motor and gear box with big compensation and steady driving.
